Fish, marketed by our company, are caught and brought on board while they are still alive. Then the fish are cleaned and eviscerated, and finally frozen whole in the blocks. This process takes between two and four hours, which means that the fish is quickly frozen, ensuring superior quality and freshness until fish arrive at customers.
